Anti-Proposition 50 sign urging voters to choose, not politicians.

Our Mission

At No-on-50, we strive to raise awareness about the unfairness of California Proposition 50, which poses a threat to democracy by silencing conservative voices. This action further marginalizes a group that is already under-represented in the state, undermining the principle of fair representation.

Why?

Snow-covered mountains with a winding river and steam rising from the ground.

    Welcome

I normally don't get political, but as a minority in California, I feel it's vital to stand up for democracy. Reducing my representation in Washington to nearly zero is a bridge too far. I had to express my opinion in the hope that the majority and undecided voters will consider the importance of fair representation. Please Vote NO on 50!

    What Prop 50 does

Prop 50 creates 5 new Democrat majority districts, potentially yielding a representation of 48 (D) to 4 (R), which translates to 92% Democrat. This shift raises questions about democracy and fair representation, leading to discussions around a No-on-50 stance.

    Is this fair?

    Is this fair?

    What Prop 50 does

Absolutely not! California Republicans, who represent 25% of voters, should not be reduced to a mere 8% representation in Washington. This undermines our democracy and the principle of fair representation. Congressional districts are already unbalanced due to gerrymandering. Let's not make it worse, please. Say No-on-50!
